Jillian recently finished her master's degree and is available for individual therapy for teens (14+) and adults, as well as couple's therapy. She works from a systemic perspective to understand how relationships and interactional patterns contribute to overall wellbeing and satisfaction. Jillian has completed the Level 1 training for Gottman Couples' Therapy, as well as utilizing interventions from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. She is passionate about helping teens explore their values and identity, helping adults find their authentic voice, and helping couples deeply connect and understand each other.

When Jillian is not at work, she enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, reading, watching films, and spending time with her amazing husband and three dogs. You can usually find her at home with her nose in a book or outside playing fetch with her dogs.
