Mariah earned her Master of Social Work from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Alaska - Anchorage. Mariah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Alaska.

Mariah is a dedicated Mental Health Clinician with extensive experience in crisis intervention and community-based therapy. Mariah has spent time providing crisis mental health within the community where her role emphasized suicide risk assessment, diversion strategies from psychiatric hospitals and jails, and engaging clients in therapy as needed. Mariah has also spent time providing care to adolescents with co-occurring disorders and working with the family system to reintegrate youth back into their homes.

She enjoys a holistic and client-centered approach that maintains focus on what each client and family system needs to reach their goals. Mariah has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR and Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).

When she is not with clients Mariah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places and immersing herself in books!
